31.5 Inch PCAP Touch Glass for LCD Overlay Projects
This item is a 31.5 inch PCAP touch glass assembly. It is used as the front touch layer above a separate LCD. The LCD, backlight, display board, metal housing and media system are not part of this item.
For this size, the main job is to match the touch glass with the customer's LCD opening, frame edge and cable route. It is often selected for medium-size terminals where the user operates the screen from a short distance, not for very large wall display installations.

Where This Size Is Usually Placed
The 31.5 inch size is often used on vertical service terminals, product selection screens, booking panels, reception kiosks, showroom consoles and medium-size information stations. It gives more working area than 27 inch glass, but is easier to install than 42 inch or 43 inch touch glass.
Glass and Sensor Work
The glass can be produced with a required outside size, viewing window, black printing, logo area, rounded corner, hole position and edge finish. The sensor pattern is arranged around the display active area. FPC outlet side, cable length, connector position and controller board location should be checked with the customer's mechanical drawing.
Surface Choices
For indoor terminals, normal clear glass is often enough. For bright rooms, public counters or frequently cleaned surfaces, AG, AR, AF or easy-clean coating can be considered. The final choice depends on lighting, touch frequency and cleaning method.

Choose this product when you already have a 31.5 inch LCD and only need the touch layer. Do not use this page for a complete touch monitor, Android signage display, all-in-one computer or finished kiosk.
