Q1: Are you still worry about the compatibility of PC with your software?
A: Before you make the order, you could test your software if compatible with
our hardware, you could send your software to us or you could Teamviewer.
Q2: What is the difference between projected capacitive and surface capacitive?
A: PCAP support multi-touch, gloves operation, and air gap touch, while SCAP only supports single-touch, both of which are not possible with SCAP.
Q3: What's your biggest size?
A: 75 inch.
Q4: Providing the related drivers like EETI / LG solution Android system and Linux system, what is the general debugging process?
A: For the Android system, first requires the customer to ask his motherboard provider to load the EETI Android driver on the motherboard, and then run the company's test software and test the scribe (touch) effect.
For the Linux system, please do the open and short test with the WINDOWS system on the computer, and then install the EETI Linux system driver directly on the Linux system equipment terminal that the customer needs to install.
