Q1: What could cause the edges to be unresponsive to touch?Possible causes include electrical interference (EMI), improper grounding, or firmware parameters (edge suppression / palm rejection) not tuned for your bezel design. We can provide tuning guidance and firmware updates.
Q2: Can Windows 7 change from 1-point to 10-point touch?Multi-touch depends on the OS capability + driver + controller. Windows 7 supports multi-touch with proper HID drivers and a multi-touch controller. If the system image is limited to single touch, installing the correct driver or upgrading the OS may be required.
Q3: What are the AG / AR / AF parameters?AG glass: Transmittance ≥ 85%, Gloss 50 ± 10.
AR glass: Transmittance ≥ 94%, Reflectance ≤ 6%.
AF glass: Initial contact angle 105–110°, wear-resistant contact angle ≥ 100° after abrasion.
