(2) During the operation of the sonic touch screen, due to the accumulation of too much dust on the surface, if it is not wiped frequently, it will more or less block the reception and reflection of some sound waves, which will also cause the sensitivity of the screen to decrease, resulting in abnormal use. After shutting down, you can use a clean paper towel or business card to gently dust off the surface of the screen and the surrounding area, and then restart the machine, and it will generally work normally.
2. Problems related to hardware touch screen
Generally, the serial port is used for signal transmission, and the working signal is taken from the PS2/port. If the indicator light is not on, it means that the signal is not obtained or the PS2/line on the control box may be broken. If the serial port is damaged or disabled, the driver cannot be installed, and the interface or leads can be replaced. If the screen is slightly deformed after being squeezed, it is because the touch area is pressed by the monitor casing or the cabinet casing, which will lead to inability to locate the touch screen cursor. Make the distance between the cabinet and the monitor screen a little larger to deal with it.
3. Other related issues
The touch screen cursor only moves in a small area or the touch screen is inaccurate. To run the touch screen calibration program, after changing the display resolution, it is found that some areas of the touch screen cannot be touched at all, it may be that the touch screen is broken, please replace the touch screen.
